The free two-day event takes place on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th September 2026, offering visitors the chance to get up close to RAF aircraft, meet serving personnel and discover more about life and careers within the Royal Air Force.

One of the biggest attractions will be in the skies above Enniskillen, with the world-famous Red Arrows expected to make an appearance on Friday afternoon.

Information released ahead of the event indicates that the Red Arrows are expected over Enniskillen and St Angelo Airport at approximately 2:30pm on Friday, although flying remains subject to weather and operational conditions.

An RAF Typhoon fighter jet flypast is also planned as part of the weekend’s activities.

RAF Town Show comes to Enniskillen

The RAF Town Show will take place at St Angelo Airport from 10am until 5:30pm on both Friday and Saturday, with admission completely free.

The event is designed to give people an opportunity to see another side of the Royal Air Force, with aircraft displays and serving RAF personnel among the attractions.

Visitors can also expect a range of interactive activities, including STEM and technology displays, RAF-inspired fitness challenges and problem-solving activities.

There will also be live RAF band performances, while those interested in a possible career with the Royal Air Force will be able to find out more about its different roles, apprenticeships and training opportunities.

The event isn’t just aimed at those considering joining the RAF, however, with organisers opening the Town Show to the wider public.

Registration is available, but a ticket is not required to attend.

Red Arrows over Enniskillen

For many people across Enniskillen and Fermanagh, the highlight of the weekend is likely to be the appearance of the Red Arrows.

The RAF Aerobatic Team is expected over the area on Friday afternoon, providing an opportunity for people both at St Angelo Airport and elsewhere around Enniskillen to catch a glimpse of the famous red aircraft.

An RAF Typhoon is also expected to make a flypast during the Town Show weekend.

Anyone planning to watch the aircraft should remember that flying displays and timings are weather-dependent and can be changed for operational reasons.
